Instructions:
dribbling around area for 1 minute at a time
1 point for dribbling through a gate
Coaching Points/Questions:
WHAT: Dribbling with different surfaces of feet - Laces, inside, outside
HOW: Small touches, keep ball close, go slow
WHY: To keep control of ball as best as we can
Regressions/Progressions:
Prog 1: shadow dribble again through gates
Prog 2: make cones into little squares, add defender, knockout, squares are safe zones

How many times can avoid a tammate without losing control of the ball?
Coaching Points/Questions:
WHAT: Getting as many touches as possible by using correct ribbling technique
HOW: Pinky toe small touches, keep ball close to body, inside/outside for tight turns. Head up when dribbling through traffic.
WHY: To master ability to dribble so we can keep the ball
WHO: Everyone needs to know how to control the ball

Prog: Shadow dribbling (expand grid to 25x25) try to lose your partner with changes of direction
