Set Up
1 normal goal with a keeper. Then place 2 small goals at the edge of the 18 yard box relatively wide. Have plenty of balls set up in the middle of the 2 small goals. Put another small goal approximately 15 yards further out and in the middle. Start the players next to this goal. The player at the front of the line will be the defender first.

If they achieve this they then continue their run forward and receive a ball from the coach. They can start with one touch to control the ball and then they have to shoot.
