Initial aerobic practice - in practice A the plr simply jog in pairs down the inside of the cones and return to start on outside keeping the structure of in pairs and a meter gap between pair in front, the coach can build up the intensity of the demands i.e tempo of aerobic levels. After the desired amount of demand on plrs they then work within the first three cones performing dynamic stretches in preperation for football specific practice,
Practice B - Blue plrs start with a ball passing as diagram shows and follow their pass working through the circuit, on reaching the end they run with the ball back to the start.
All technical aspects should be covered i.e passes, touch, movement, communication.
