Organization: 20x36; 4v5 into 5v4 w/ keepers
Instructions: Defending team (4) gets point for not allowing attacking team (5) to score in 90 seconds. 5 possessions then switch. -Restarts from attacking teams keeper.
Coaching Points: 1.) First Defender applying pressure and not allowing penetrating passes. 2.) Forcing ball wide. 3.) First Defender quickly dropping behind the ball/centrally if ball and center back go wide. 4.) Let them play around us; not through us.

Organization:6v5 w/ keepers. Same set-up as previous activity, just with wide channels.
Instructions: Wide players must stay in wide channels. Can be defended though. Regular play. Switch role of teams after 7 minutes.
Coaching Points: 1.) Pressure on ball. 2.) Decision on who goes to defend wide player. 3.) Central midfielders being aware of whats behind them to cut out passing lanes into forward. 4.) Let them play around us/ not through.
