Objective:
- Possession.
- Identifying numbers-up and numbers-down situations.
- Create scoring options.
Organization:
- This is a directional game.
- 4 v 4 with or without two neutral players.
- Four goals with keepers (if possible).
- This creates a 6 v 4 situation.
The reds try to score in the two marked goals, and the whites try to score in goals marked for white.
Coaching Points:
- Make use of extra players.
- Create proper passing angles - no square balls.
- Create scoring opportunities.
- Keep possession until a scoring opportunity arises.
- Look forward and receive the ball sideways on (half turn).
- Change tempo and rhythm.
- What are attacking options? Counter? Press?
- Decision making.

4 goal no pressure
Players work in pairs. Player A passes in to player B who dribbles at wall man while player A makes overlaping run. Have player B dribble wall man and shoot or play B into space and shoot. Whoever dosen't shoot should follow up for rebound. Players C&D go next and the rotation for shooting continues in a clockwise manner

Progression: white play couterparts in red 2v2 using the two goals facing each other until the ball is out of play
