The objective of this session is to teach the team once in possession , how to keep the ball to break lines and create changes to score at the final third, yet the importance of using the spare players, create depth, length and width, where, when and how, however OUT OF POSSESSION team, will need to find their way to defend the lines, applying the the 5 D's (Delay, Deny, Dictate, Defend and deflect) yet get narrow (Press, cover and balance) stay compact to protect the space behind.

SSG - ZONE TO ZONE - TO GOAL (OPPOSED) 20 mins.
ORGANIZATION
Balls, 12 to 16 players, color vests, cones.
INSTRUCTION DETAILS( (I WILL BE COACHING THE DEFENDING TEAM) OPPOSING TEAM WILL BE MANAGED.
Players are locked at their zones, possession from each zone to penetrate the next zone, and go to goal
Unlimited touches.
PROGRESSION/REGRESSION
Now one player can joint the next zone, to create an overload, three touches per player, each pass count as a point, if the defenders regain possession, if they score equals two points.

TECHNICAL WARM UP (20 mins)

ORGANIZATION
5 mannequins, balls, color cones, color vests, 10 to 12 players minimum
INSTRUCTION DETAILS - (I will be coaching the OUT OF POSSESSION TEAM) IN POSSESSION TEAM WILL BE MANAGED
In an area of 15 x 25 yards, set up two passing patterns, TRAINGLE SHAPE, DIAMOND SHAPE, with the mannequins at the diamond shape 10 yards away from each other, and the cones at the triangle shape as well.
Set three players at the head of the diamond and three players at the head of the triangle, one player stay in the middle of the triangle shape, alongside the mannequin.
Play start with the one of the three players, moving the ball to one side and pass it to the opposite of the mannequin, the receiving player MUST check his shoulders, create a separation from the mannequin to receive the pass and play it forward (AT THE DIAMOND) on the other grid where the triangle is the play will initiate by one of three players, that will play to play at the center mannequin, The center mannequin player also check out to receive the ball at the opposite side, and play it forward.
Players follow their passes one station up.
4 blocks of 90 secs. than go count clock wise. for another 4 blocks of 90 secs.
