Passing Sequences

PASSING IN PAIRS

10 yards apart or as needed

In pairs, one ball between. Passing and receiving

Variations

  • Two touch back and forth with inside of foot
  • 1 touch back and forth with inside of foot
  • Receive with the inside of one foot, play back with the inside of the same
  • Receive with the inside of one foot across body, play back with the inside of the other
  • Receive with the inside of one foot, play back with the instep (laces) of the other
  • Receive with the outside of one foot, play back with the inside of the same
  • Receive across with the inside of one foot, play back with the outside of the same
  • Pass to teammate- backpeddle (after pass)- come forward and play (when teammate plays)
  • 1 touch competition (half the distance)
  • Increase distance: Play flighted then driven balls
