Warm up (5 mins)

Players in to two circles with one in the middle.

 Players on the out side have three touches to move the ball round the circle with the player in the middle try to shut the ball down and intercept it. 

To Start the game the 1st pass is free then the middle play can start to shut the ball down to win it. All players must go in the middle.

pass and shooting (20 mins)

1.  A passes to B, who then passes to C, who then takes a touch and finishes. Each player will follow their pass.

2. A does a one, two pass with B, who then moves towards C cone who receives the pass from A, then B passes a threw ball to C who shoots first time. Each player will follow their pass.

3. A passes to C, then A overlaps B, while C passes the ball to B, who passes to A over lapping run and then crosses to C who ran in the box. Each player will follow their pass.

Cross and Finishing (20 mins)

The center player starts with the ball and players the ball wide. The two outer players make a run one to the ball to cross it in to the box. The other player runs into the box. After the center player has passed the ball he make a run into the box. This should give a 3 vs 2 in the box which the attackers need to get a shot at goal. The defenders try to clear the ball wide or back up the pitch.
