Objective: Technical/Tactical Speed, Playing in Combination
Principles: Circulate to Unbalance, Penetrate to Score
Sub-Principles: Accelerate Play Forward Once Space is Created
Player Actions: 1-2, Underlap-Overlap, 3rd Man
Organzation: Each repeition starts with 2v2 in middle, players can use outside teammates as support. Players from outside can overlap into game and upon reciept are considered central players for the rest of match. 1st team to get 6 players into middle win.
Conditions:
1) Free
2) Ball must be played by central player once ever 3 passes
3) 2 touch on outside
Coaching Points:
1) Awareness & Anticipation prior to reciept of ball
2) Support: angle, distance, multiple recieving lines
3) Mobility when pressure is broken to be the 3rd man
4) Support: timing to be second man

Player Action: Combination, runs in depth, lose your player, switch of play
Organzation: Black team attacks big goal, white team attacks endzone, players from wide zones can dribble across to score/break restraining line.
Conditions:
1) Wide Players stay in outside channel
2) 1 att player can join, defender can add
CP:
1) Move with ball as recieving
2) When to leave 1v1, when to make 2v1
3) Quick circulation to open side

Objective: Create and Finish Goal Scoring from Flank Positions
Principles: Ball Circulation to Unbalance, Penetration to Score
Sub-Principles: Accelerate Play Once Space is Created, Find a Player in Depth Behind Last Line, Anticipate and Adjust to Score
Player Actions: Switch the point of attack, movement ahead of the ball, timing of delivery and runs, unmarking in the box, optimal occupation of box space
Organization: 3+GKv3+GK in internal area, 1v1 in each flank with flank player starting in attacking half. Internal players can play into flank at any time, at which time, the opposing flank player can recover to provide pressure.
Coaching Points:
1) Timing and location of pass: space versus feet
2) Angle in before service
3) Frame the goal
4) Mobilty once pressure is broken
5) Read body language of server

Player Action: Underlap/Overlap, 3rd Man Combintation
Organzation: Players stand around center circle, 3 players start inside with the ball, as players enter and exit players on outside must maintain equal distance in outside seams
Conditions:
1) From inside, must pass into a different quadriant and move to a space different than the one in which ball is passed. Player recieves by taking space with first touch and repeats
2) Pass, play right/left, 3rd player recieves by taking space with first touch
3) Pass, play right/left, 3rd player recieves by taking space inside to create overlap for 2nd player
4) Pass, play right/left, 3rd player recieves inside to create overlap then plays forward to find 3rd man on overlap
**Dynamic movements during rest times between sets
CP:
1) Move with ball as recieving
2) Scan and communicate to keep spaces between players on outside equal
3) Play to correct leg
4) Assess support before pass (Progression B&C)
5) Take 1st touch inside to create space for overlap (Progression C)
