Organization:
12Lx32W grid.
One ball.
Three defenders in the middle with one attacker.
Rest of the players surrounding the grid.
Instructions:
Purpose is to pass the ball 12 times in a row to score a point.
Players in the middle have to pay with push ups.
Coaching Points:
Receive the ball with furthest foot. Pass with inside
Make sure chest doesn't come in front of foot when passing the ball
Player in the middle: Vary way of running to dismark from opponent
Progressions:
Put more players in the middle.

Organization:
3 grids of 16L x 8W
2 v 2 in each grid or even numbers (based on players)
If additional player shows, he will be +1.
Goals on the end, 8y away from end line
Instructions:
The players are restricted in movement by the grid.
The way to score is by passing the ball to the small goal on the end.
The game is always live. Everytime the ball goes out of bounds, coach provides ball to a zone on the field to restart it.
Player in the middle can create supperiority in the defensive or attacking third grid. Same thing happens in the middle third. One of the players of either end creates supperiority.
Therefore, the game becomes 3v2 always.
After a few touches in each zone, pass the ball to the following area.
Coaching Points:
Receive with furthest foot.
Pass with the opposite foot.
Make sure chest doesn't come in front of foot when passing the ball
Vary the run to dismark from opponent and find the pockets of space
Progressions:
Make it two touches.
Have a tournament style competition
Degression:
Start without the box in the middle, just play possession.

Posititional roles. Both teams play 1-2-3-2
Instructions:
Free game. Give the ball to the opposite team if players do not take first touch with the furthest foot.

Organization:
Cones laid out 12y apart. Separation between lines of cones is 8y.
Two players per line with one ball. One on each cone.
A few passing exercises can be done here. All without pressure.
Instructions:
Start with a simple passing exercise. Two touches.
Pattern A: 1) Ball is passed targeted to be just after the line. 2) The receiving player takes the first touch inside the line to then do the passing touch to his teamate.
He is to backpedal ~5y. When the ball is coming, the player accelerates forward to performe steps described above. Both players do the same.
Put the groups together to do: "Short-short-long pattern" (pattern B), "pass and follow the pass"

Receive with one foot and pass with the other
Pass with inside of the foot
On toes to receive the ball
Make sure chest doesn't come in front of foot when passing the ball
