Two squares overlapping each other, players stand on each corner of the squares and pass the ball as the image shows. Two teams work on each square and the direction of play is different for each team.
Progress the session by asking player to either follow their pass or pass right and run left. Alternate the pass direction.
Make competitive with speed, nominate a starting player on both teams, and challengethe team to play N revolutions first.
Coach ball control, sole control, control to pass is a fluid motion, firm and accurate passes to feet, high tempo.

Mark out a tight defensive diamond shape as shown in front of the goal and place two pop-ups on the wings. Play 4v4 with one team shooting into the goal and the other team shooting into either of the pop-ups.
Each goal scored by the defensive team is worth one point, each goal scored by the offensive team is also worth one point unless they can scored from inside the diamond and then it's worth double.

Once the middle red player has paassed the ball to one of the target players he takes their place and the target player with the ball dribbles in to the middle and attempts to play out to the other side.
Blue players attempt to win the ball, blue players are allowed to move anywhere in the area. If a blue wins the ball, they most make 3 passes for a point. Once the blues win the ball, all red players are allowed to enter the middle area and attempt to win it back.
