Set up a 20x20 area with two small goals on either side. Split the group into three teams (red, Blue, and White). Play red vs. blue with white as the side players. The game's object is to score on the opposing team's goal. Side players are fixed to the side but can score.
Designate one team as the attacking, defending, or Neutral. After every attack, the coach will restart the attack by playing the ball into the attacking team. Rotate teams every 2:30 min. Can keep score and make it a competition.
+ Progression: In more games like red vs. blue, white stays on the side. Play can now be restarted like a normal game. If the ball goes out from red, blue will restart. Rotate every 2-3 min
+ Progression: Allow the neutral players to float in of the side. Rotate every 2-3 min

Set up a 30x25 area. Place six cones at each end of the field. Place three balls on three of the cones at either end of the field. Play red vs. blue. Red need to knock the ball off blues cones, and blue has to knock the balls off red cones. If a player hits a ball, they must pick it up and take it back to their side. If a player aims to knock a ball and misses, they must chase after it and place the ball they missed on one of the opposing team's cones. While the player is chasing, the defending team can pick up a ball of thier own cone and start an attack quick. Creating a numbers up situation. i.e Red misses the ball, red player chases, blue takes a ball off a cone and becomes the attacker, playing 4v3 against red.

3 min Regular scrimmage.
3 Min Bring in the rule if a player gives a ball away, they must sprint to a pole and back before they can touch the ball again. The exception is if a team scores a goal.
3 Min. The new rule is that player who gives the ball away must touch the pole closest to their goal to encourage recovery runs.

+ Progression - Coach calls a number, i.e., Coach calls "4". Players must react and touch four balls. While players are doing the task, the coach takes two balls away. The last two players to get to 4 balls are defenders. Defenders are encouraged to steal the ball from another player. If they are successful then the player keeps the ball, and that player becomes a defender.
