Rules &/or conditions: Team OOP looks to Create density and be active in DGC (Shaded area) Team in Possession scores points by completing 15 passes or playing through central area. Team OOP when stealing the ball looks to score on pug in opposite end (Team in DT looks to be active in DGC). Work on both groups coaching over top.

Rules &/or conditions:
Ball always starts from GK. Team OOP can only have one player in att 1/3 unitl GK distributes ball.
Team IP in a 2-3-2 formation, team OOP 3-3-1 (switch after each game).

boxes 12x8yrds

Rules &/or start with gk and have to hit every zone 1-6 to goal (1player can join next zone ip)
2 passes in each zone and one red(unopposed) from next zone can come out and be the link to take ball on dribble or pass to next zone and then bonuses if finish to goal too
3v1 in each zone and 4v1 with added link player to next zone
4v2 in area a
5v3 in area b
4v3 in area c with def mf dropping to make these numbers
1-5 or 6(option) then to goal if hit either 5 or 6 zone if on a field of 3 zones
if go from zone 4-6 then have to switch to 5 before going to goal(open play in this case to
switch can go direct to next zone but def cannot stand in the next numbered zone and cheat

WARM UP Receiving Technical TO DPE 3V2 (15 mins)
Playing area: Playing will vary at coaches discretion.
Player numbers: Always two end players at each end of the playing area. Three central working players is best. You can work with four players, if this is the case pair the players and play with two balls.
Rules &/or conditions: End players pass back & forth until they are happy with the picture. One central player shows short to receive a short diagonal pass, the other central player shows long to receive a longer diagonal pass, then transfers the ball out to the opposite end players & the practice continues.
Progressions: Encourage the central players to switch sides, encourage them to find over/under lap moments.
