Instructions:
- 3 teams of 4 players
- Each player has a number
- On the coaches command the player whose number is called moves to the next grid (clockwise) and becomes the defender
- Defender looks to force ball out of the area
- They score a bonus point if they can put the ball into the goal outside the area
- Team that maintains possession of the ball the longest wins 1 point
- Reset when all balls are dead
- Play first team to 10 wins
Coaching Points:
- Team shape (make field big)
- Two options for the player in possession
- Angles of support
- Timing of movement (when to move and when to stay)
- Quality of pass (timing, accuracy, weight, disguise, texture)

- 6v6 (or 5v5+2 if required)
- 7 Consecutive passes = 1 goal
- Play 90 second rounds
- Each round has a different rule (play each round twice):
1 - All in
2 - 2 touch max
3 - Every one touch pass = 1 goal
4 - Every 'let' = 1 goal

- Distance and angles of support
- Decisions in possession

- 3 teams of 4 players
- 2 teams on, 1 off resting
- Play for 2 minutes, or 1 goal, whichever comes first
- Winners stay on
- If no goal is scored in two minutes, then the team on for longest goes off
