Spread the gates out as much as possible
Activity
Players dribble around the area.
When the coach calls go, the players try to go through as many gates as they can
After 30 seconds the coach calls stop and asks the teams to add up gates gone through.
Team of 2 with most gates wins.
Use teams of 3 if necessary for numbers
Progression
While staying in same partners, use 1 ball between 2 players and pass through the gates.
After 30 seconds, how many gates passed through.

Pinnies
Each corner has a 3x3 area marked out
Activity
Everyone with a ball dribble around the area looking to get to as many corner boxes as they can in 30 seconds. Must dribble through middle square before hitting a corner. Winner is who hit the most corners.
Progression
A team of 2 become defenders (alternate defending team every 30 seconds) The rest of the team plays together. Must pass into a square to get a point - ball must stay controlled by player or no point.
If defender wins the ball, they must dribble into a corner to get point.
