Players jog around and do a variety of techniques with the ball:
a) Stop (last player to stop does front jumping jack)
b) Go (player goes very quickly for three strides)
c) Turn (change direction)
d) Top taps (10 and then keep dribbling)
e) Windshield wipers (10 touches and then player keeps dribbling)
f) Knee touches

15 x 20 yard grid
Instruction & Detail
Players dribble around trying to avoid the King/queen of the ring who is attempting to touch their ball. If they do that player who has had their ball touched must dribble up to coach and do a skill to get back in the game
Progression(s)
Keep going until all players balls have been removed from the grid

Activity Organization
20 x 30; Squirrels and Nuts. 4 teams each divided into their own corner
Instruction & Detail
One player from each team must run to the centre and dribble a ball back to their home goal. Game continues until all balls are gone from the middle
Progression(s)
Players may steal from other teams once all centre balls are gone
Encourage players to use a specific turn or technique when going back to their own goal

3 v3 Game - Players play a regular game, when the ball goes out of play coach calls out 'NEW BALL' and the players leave that ball and look for the new ball, directional play.
