Possession 2: 3v3v3 + 1 Connector
.
Area Size: 22x10 (2x 10x10 Squares + 2x10 Centre Area)
Players: 10 (3 Reds + 3 Blues + 3 Yellows + 1 Green 'Connector')
.
Drill: Very competitive possession drill. Players work together in their teams to keep possession while being put under pressure by 2 out of the 3 defensive players. Once the team in possession have put together 6 passes, with help from the middle 'Connector', they have to transfer the ball to the other box. Once the opposition team have contolled the ball, the middle defenisve player and one of the dfensive players try to gain possession, while the other defensive player enters the middle zone. If the defensive team win possession of the ball, the team that lost the ball, now becomes the defensive team and a ball is played into the other area for them to try and win.

Possession 3 - 2v2v2v2v2

Area Size: 22x10 Points (2x 10x10 Squares + 2x10 Centre Area)
Players: 10 (2 Reds + 2 Blues + 2 Yellows + 2 Greens + 2 Pinks)

Drill: Very competitive possession drill. Players work together in their teams to keep possession while being put under pressure by 2 defensive players. 2 colours work together in each zone, creating a 4v2. Once the team in possession have put together 6 passes, they have to transfer the ball to the other box. Once the opposition team have contolled the ball, the middle coloured players join the other zone, while the defensive players try to regain possession. If the defensive team win possession of the ball, the team that lost the ball, now becomes the defensive team and a ball is played into the other area for them to try and win.

Possession 4 - 4v4v4

Area Size: 22x10 Points (2x 10x10 Squares + 2x10 Centre Area)
Players: 10 (4 Reds + 4 Blues + 4 Yellow)

Drill: A very simple 4v1 drill, which involved 'Breaking Lines'. Players work together in their teams to keep possession while being put under pressure by 1 defensive player. Once the team in possession have put together 6 passes, they have to transfer the ball to the opposition, trying the break through the defensive line. Once the opposition have controlled the ball, then 1 player must go into their area to try and regain possession.f the defensive team win possession of the ball, the team that lost the ball, now becomes the defensive team and a ball is played into the other area for them to try and win.

Possession 5 - 3v3+4 Connectors

Area Size: 20x14 (2x 10x10 Squares + 2x 2x20 Channels)
Players: 10 (3 Blues + 3 Reds + 4 Yellows 'Connectors')

Drill: A very simple but effective possession drill involving wide players to transfer the ball across. Players work together in their teams to keep possession while being put under pressure by opposition players. Once the team in possession have put together 6 passes, they have to transfer the ball to the opposition, by playing the ball to either wide players, who would then pick out the 'go out' player in the other area. Once the ball is played to the 'Connector' in the other area, then the 6 players in the middle move over into the other area, with the 2 wide 'Connectors' joining them.

If the team can regain possession, they can either kick the ball out of play, or try to get the ball back to their team.
