Warm-up, technical warm-up with dribbling and performs moves on the ball, passing and moving, driving on the defense with a killer pass at speed.

Organization: All players with ball in two equal lines as shown
Instruction: On coaches command one of the lines will dribble to the opposite line, when the first line is about halfway the other group will begin to dribble to the opposite end of the grid while avoiding the other group.
Coaching Points: Heads up to running into each other; surface of foot used to dribble (laces and pinky toe)
Progressions: Have players dribble with one foot or surface only: have both groups go at the same time; head up the speed of play. Perform dribbling moves to avoid other players.

Set up: 20 x 20 grid; partner up with one team of 8 players with remaining players as defenders
Instruction: successful pass through a gate to a teammate will be a goal at any gate throughout the grid. Be sure to remind them about looking up and weight of the pass so that the opponent does not steel the ball. (Add defender; defense scores by knocking or stealing ball). 1 minute intervals. Losing team does burpees.
Coaching Points: body mechanics, balance, weight of pass, accuracy, vision, tactical application to the game as in selection of pass and timing of runs and pass.
Progression: pass with right only, pass with left only. Add a defender.

Organization:
Mark out a 24 x 18-yard grid, 20 x 18-yard central zone and a 4 x 18-yard end zone. Place three
cones, with balls on them, five yards apart inside the end zone. At the opposite end set up two cones, six yards apart from end line. Divide the players up into defenders and attackers. Line the attackers up at the end opposing the end zone. Line the defenders up to the right of the attackers, on the sideline.
Instruction:
- A defender (A1) dribbles from his starting position past the first of the two cones, stops the ball for the
attacker (B1) before the second, then sprints around the second cone and chases B1, who has collected the ball and is running towards the end zone.
- B1 must try to knock a ball off one of the cones with a pass, but they’re not allowed to shoot inside the end zone.
Coaching Points:
- Attack defense with speed; head up; strike pass accurately
Progression:
- Add second attacker & defender

Organization:
- 30 x 20 yard grid, divide players up accordingly, use neutrals if necessary
Instruction:
- Team with ball possess ball and works to drive on the defense with a killer pass to knock off one of the balls on the cone (not allowed to shoot inside the end zone).
