Organization: Set area using half pitch and width of penalty box. 2 goals. Mark with cones a gate at each corner of the pitch
Activity: 12 players. 6v6 with 2 endzone bumbers for each team (in the corner of the opponents end) for each team. Teams play small sided game using end zone bumbers to make penetrating passes into attacking zone. If pass made to endzone bumper in attacking zone that bumper may enter play to be extra attacker until possession is lost. If pass to bumbers is out of reach and goes out of bounds, goal kick will be awarded. If corner kick is awarded bumper will take it. Goals scored by shooting in net, kick offs after goals. Rotate players to allow each to have turn as bumper.
Coaching Points: Good player movement to allow for passing options. Opening up body to receive passes, directional first touch, quick passes. Can players make penetrating passes to endzone bumpers? Are players aware enough to follow passes into attacking zone and receive pass in position to score.

Organization: Set area using half pitch and width of penalty area using cones. Mark 3x3 boxes at each corner.
Activity: 12 players, 6v6. Each team will have 2 player in diagonally opposite boxes. Team will pass ball and score points each time they complete a pass to one of their corner players. Consecutive points are scored by passing to box at opposite end of area. Can score consecutive points in same box if 3 passes made first. (Can use box players as extra player to maintain possession even if insufficient number of passes made to be awarded a point). Rotate players so everyone takes a turn in the corner boxes.
PROGRESSION: Corner players allowed to leave boxes on the fly after completing a pass, as long as another player takes their spot
Coaching points: Quality passes using appropriate part of foot. Opening body. Quality first touches. By having goals at opposite corners are players able to able to play ball from one end of area with long penetrating passes to opposite end of the area. Decision making: When to use short passes to maintain possession versus when to use long passes to penetrate scoring areas?

Organization: Mark with cones an area approx 15x15, with a gate at the mid point of one side
Activity: 10-12 players, divided into 2 groups of 5 or 6. Begin 6v1 with the team with 6 players in possession of the ball. Every 5 seconds the defending team sends a player to help win the ball, making it 6v2, 6v3...6v6. See how long team with ball can keep possession. After switch team in possession.
PROGRESSION 1: Play 2 touch. PROGRESSION 2: Play with 2 balls, see how long before team in possession losses both balls
Coaching Points: Can players execute quality passes. Are players opening up body to receive ball? Are players making good directional first touches. Can players control tempo, patient and slower when there are fewer defenders, quicker and with greater urgency when there are more defenders?
