Method: Blue 1-2-2-1 White 1-2-2-1 and 2 yellow overload overload players that are with the team in possession going both ways.
Wing lanes established 5 meters in from each touch line the full lenght of the game area.
Only the overload wingers allowed in wing lane and only 3 touches allowed in attacking half of wing lane.
Play starts at either goal and first pass into the full backs (1st pass cannot be to wingers) to work the opportunity to score. If it breaks down a quick transition to defend.
