Organisation
- Seven reds (1 x GK, 3 x DF's, 2 x CM's & 1 x No. 10).
- Five blues (1 x CB/feeder, 2 x CM's & 2 x CF's).
- Playing area - goal line to the half wayline, width of the 18 yard
box.
-
How it works
- The blue CB/feeder will playthe ball into the two CM's who will
attempt to playinto the forwards.
- If the blues manage to playinto one of the forwards or break into
the final third, theycan attempt to score.
- If the reds manage to win possession of the ball, theycan score
in one of the two goals on the halfwayline.
- Start with a 2 v 2 in the highlighted area, once the first pass is
played the red No. 10 can recover to create a 3 v 2 in favour of the
reds. This will help to create the overload.
