Rules of the game

- At least one player has to be in each of the 4 boxes at any one time

- once a player has passed the ball they need to enter another area

- if two players are in the same area a 1-2 can take place otherwie a pass has to be into a different area

Yellow outside player is on the blue team, the purple outside player is on the white team

The outside players will dictate what happens in the game, each of the outside players will have two cones in their hand. Each cone being a different colour. The outside player will hold up one cone at a time, before a player recieves the ball they must call out the colour of the cone being help up by the outside player.

Change the outside player on regular intervals being mindful of work to rest ratios
