1) Switch Mentlity ASAP
2) Immediate Pressure (1st Defender)
3) 2nd Defender: Cover immediate passes and Cut Passing Lanes
4) 3rd Defenders: Compact and work together
5) closing down but not over commiting
6) rest defense: move w/ ball ready for lost
7) lost: change speed + cover ground

Instructions:
1) Attacking team max 2 touches per player (to force a lot of turnovers)
2) If ball is lost in attacking half look to pressure if team is compact (Everyone is that half or we connected 3+ passes)
- look to to delay and get organize under 5 seconds behind line of ball (recover) if team is wide and big (players in both zones or connected less than 3 passes)
4) If lost ball in own half look to pressure immediately and get organize
