3vs3 up to 5vs5 with 2 or 3 floaters. (Can be played with no floaters also depending on skill level.
The lines between the 3 zones symbolize the offside line of a defence.
1. 4vs4 with 2 floaters in the middle zone, floaters on the team in posession. Once 5 passes have been made by the team in posession the ball is to be passed into one of the end zones and then a player runs onto it and control it to gain 1 point, the player cannot run into the end zone before the ball is played as he would be offside, possesion then changes over.
2. Now goalkeepers are added into each goal, when the ball is played through after 5 passes the player has 2 touches to score. Remember the player cannot already be in the end zone and has to wait for the ball to be played.
3. Instead of using the zonal markings as the offside line, it will now be in line with the last player on the defending team, now playing a normal game using the offside rule, floaters now can be assigned to a team depending on flow of the game.
Coaching Points:
Looks accross line to see if youre behind or in front of the defenders/offside line.
timings of the runs in behind - not just stading next to the defenders or offside line

Use any amount of players - or have mulitple circles happening at the same time, can also be used with 2 players in the middle of the circle.
The ball starts on the outside of the circle with a player already in the middle, the ball is played from the outside of the circle into the middle player who turns and plays the ball to a player behind him on the outside of the circle. Once passes are made the players need to follow their pass and take the place of the player they passed to.
Progression: Add a 2nd or third player into the middle to add more time on the ball and make players have to scan more for open players
Also add coloured bibs and get the players to shout colours of the bibs on the left and right of them to make sure the players are scanning properly.
Coaching Points:
Position of the body when recieving the ball in the middle needs to be open to be able to look up and scan where players are and also to let the ball run accross it to make the pass quicker.
Getting the ball under control is key before playing the pass for accuracy
