1v1 defending
Player 1 starts as the attacker (stationary) Player 2 acts as the defender
2 runs into defend 1, then moves back to blue cone, then switch roles.

Four Ds of Defending
1. Deny - the player space
2. Delay - the player getting forward
2. Deflect - to the sideline or weaker foot
4. Defend - when the chance occurs win the ball.

1v1
Same setup as the skill.
Now 2, defender, pass the ball into 1, attacker, then runs in to defend. Attacker has to get to the end line to get a point.
Switch roles after each go.

1v1 - into 1v2
Defender (Yellow) pass the ball into Attacker (Blue) then has to defend the ball. Attacker trying to score at the opposite end.
If the Defender can complete the 4 D's and slower the attacker down after 10seconds 1 more defender can come in.
P- increase the time for attackers
R - reduce the time for defenders.

Pitch seperated into 6 areas, each area is a 1v1. players have to stay in side their area. Each team has 1 floater whom can go in any area.
