1 = running with the ball in shuttle format. 1 ball needed.
2 = finishing fitness. Shuttle runs from start to A back to start play through ball shot shot at goal. Back to start to B to start play through ball to shoot - repeat. 3 balls needed, oncr set complete short break then restart.
3 = endurance runs with no ball. once run complete 1 minute rest and repeat.

4 = T-Bone dribbling with ball. A - B - C - D - B - A. 30 second rest andthen repeat. 1 ball needed.
5 = Dribbling in and out the cones with sprint back to starft with ball. 1 ball needed.
6 = Snake dribbling. 12 cones to make 4 lanes to run with the ball. Once complete 30 seconds rest and repeat. 1 ball needed.

7 = Start at pole. 3 balls on 3 cones. Sprint to balls, 1 at a time and dribble back to pole. Once all balls retrieved, reverse and dribble all balls back to cones, sprinting back. Once complete 1 minure rest. 3 balls needed.
8 = Passing endurance. Player starts behind cone A, makes run infront of cone to receive pass from coach at pole, passes back, then sprints to cone B, receives pass, back to A, then to cone C and back to A. Repeat x 2 then 1 minute rest.
9 = Player has 1 ball on middle cone. Coach to shout exercise to do....press ups, squats etc, once complete, coach then shouts a colour cone and the player should dribble with ball around cone this cone and back middle where coach shouts a new exercise. One all 4 cones have been dribbled around 1 minute rest. Repeat.
