Description
-Objective: make the recovery run every time that a player loses the ball
-The player in the middle is defending
-The rest of the player are in possession
-If the player in possession loses the ball, he will have to run to the opposite rondo to get the ball
Note
We can have sometimes 2 defenders in the middle in 1 rondo but that is part of the task as we need to have mistakes on the ball to get our objective.

Description
-The play will start passing the ball from the defender to the attacker.
-Once the defender passed the ball, he will run to get into the attacker and try to defend the action
-The attacker will have a control and will try to finish it into the goal
-The rotation is as follows: One time defending and one time attacking

Description
-Objective: to recover the position before the other team is able to score and avoid the ball
-The red team will dribble from a corner to start the practise
-The red team has to make 2 passes before scoring as a rule ( to create a chance to the blue team to reach the objective )
-The blue team can start to run back when the red team has crossed the red line ( through dibbling or passing )
-We can create a competition
