Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Attacking - End-zone Possession Game

End-zone scoring game

Very Simple game. small sided teams to maximise the effort. No player can hide.

Simple rules

1) to score a point, a player must pass in to a team-mate in the end-zone and that team-mate must stop the ball.

2) if the ball goes out, the player who played it out must get the ball. the other players continue with any ball, so coach must have spares.

3) if playing with unequal teams, the team with fewer players always has the kick-in.

Coaching points. Maximum effort, moving in to space, quick control and communication. Look for the killer pass, split the opposition to a spare player in the end zone.

If playing in multiple groups, make winners play winners, losers play losers.
