Four teams of four. Two balls per team, one with each outside player. Two inside players receive a ball from their outside team-mates, receive and play across circle to opposite team mate
Game
No bibs involved, outside players can move anywhere around the outside of the circle. No players can call/shout for the ball. 8 players inside the circle, 8 players moving around the outside of the circle, players' scanning and vision will be tested.
Aim
Receiving technique, scanning for team-mates, scanning for interence from other inside players.
