GKs to throw the ball to coach who deflects ball at each of GKs with Rebound board. 

GK has to react to the  ball before making save.


Warm up covers footwork, handling, concentration & distribution.

Shot Stopping (30 mins)

GK starts position A.


Coach call Yellow/Green/Blue. 

GK2/3/4 at correct colour to take a touch away from cones and shot at goal.

GK moves in line with the ball to make the save


Drill covers - positioning, shot stopping, accuracy


Progression - include rebounds for any saves spilled/parried
