Shuttles should have 4-5 players per group but no more. The diagram depicts 1 drill, but I've separated the actions so it's easier to see.
1. Player A dribbles to the middle cone, turns and makes a strong push pass to Player C
2. Player A immediately readjusts and gets the ball back OUTSIDE of the blue cone with their feet going forward
3. Player A push passes to Player B. Player A runs to the back of their own line. Player B & D do the same drill.
Key points:
- Make it as gamelike as possible & encourage them to do these basic skills at speed & on the move
- Staying low throughout the whole drill & moving their feet in order to make accurate, hard passes
Progression:
- leading to the other side (white cone) and receiving with your feet going forward
- make it a timed competition

Repeat of the drill from last week, since it went well and we wanted to do it again! 3v3 in each grid. If needed, play 4v4 or 3v3 w/ a neutral player (player w/ a bib who is always on the attacking team).
Teams can score points by 1) dribbling into a corner or 2) passing to a teammate who receives it in the corner
1. You cannot score in the same corner consecutively
2. Once you have scored a point in a corner, the defense cannot tackle you in the corner (corner is a safe zone)
3. Play rounds 2-3min long
Key points:
- Passing & receiving on the move
- Finding and attacking the open corner, especially using our leading and self-start
