Create a grid roughly 20x 30. Possession team will have a player on each end, each side, and 2 in the middle. The defensive group will be in the middle. Any time they win a ball they just play it to either end to restart. Objective is for the possession team to control the ball and to get it from end to end. After about a minute have inside players come to the middle and have players in the middle become outside players.
Encourage all possession players to move. Ball should rarely be lost
