Organization:
4 flat markers set up in positions ABCD. 2 players at position A (start point). 5 players per group.
Instructions:
Ball path: A-B-C-D.
Player Path: C follows pass and A moves in to replace. Repeat from opposite end.
Coaching Points:
Quality of pass (pace/rhythm)
Timing of movement (C - as ball breaks line)
Option 1: Play furthest player forwards
Option 2: If option 1 is denied, use C to change angle

Organization:
3 channels approx. 10x15 yds. 4 players per channel. 2 goals as per diagram.
Instructions:
As per semi-opposed activity, however, defending is now fully opposed. When the ball is played into C, A can now support from underneath the ball, receive a set pass and finish 1 touch into either goal for a point.
If defender wins the ball, dribble to start point for a point.
If attacker scores, all players involved in the attack (A,B,C) will gain 1 point.

After B plays into A, he/she can now step in to aid attack. A&B play 2v1 against defender.
