My objective for this session is to prepare the GK's after post season, for the tryouts demand for the level they will be playing at. \this is a session of three stations, (warm up, technical unopposed, skill opposed, to bring the session close to a game reality. \they will perform a variety of activations such as body activation, hamstrings activation, drop knee activation, yet, eye hands coordination associated with foot work mobility, to cover he angles and recovery for the next save.

TECHNICAL PHASE - UNOPPOSED - 10 min
ORGANIZATION
Full size goal appropriate to the age model, color marker, soccer balls
INSTRUCTION DETAILS
GK will take his/hers position from the middle of the goal, as the coach command "SET" he/she will cover the angle on near post, step aside (open step) and receive a high shot from the coach or server, GK will return the ball, and back pedal to receive another shot (ground) for KNEE DROP technique
4 sets them switch GKs (4 sets at each side)

SKILL PHASE - (OPPOSED) 10 min
ORGANIZATION
Full size goal, mannequin, soccer balls
INSTRUCTION DETAIL
2 GKs staying in front of the mannequin, playing air ball to each other, as the coach command "SET', the GK from the goal side, will step up and receive the shot as 1 x 1, soon he/she catches it, return the ball and quick back pedal to receive another another ground shot.
VARIATION
Competition, 1 x 1 shot block , after performing the aerial balls at the mannequins, coach will yell "set" , The GK from goal side will come up and deal with the 1 x 1 block situation, as the save is perrformed, he/she will drop back to another shot.
4 sets, rotate the gKs.

INSTRUCTION DETAILS
BODY ACTIVATION(side to side) volley shots, ground shots.
Set up two markers 5 yards apart, and a third marker in between about 3 yards apart , as the diagram.
Gk stands facing the L/ angle, at the coaches command, he /she will step forward to the flat marker, and immediately drop few steps back to make the save.
3 blocks of five balls at each side (3-5)
