Player c & d pass back and forth while players a and b put pressure and support.
Player c & d will pass slowly back and forth so it gives a and b time to back peddle to support and also angle of approach to put pressure.
a and b are not to win ball its just a warm up drill for teh next stage

Player a passes to player b and then go defends. Player b tries to beat player a to dribble thru net on oither side. If Player a wins the ball she can dribble thru other end cones to score a point. Then they switch roles.
Defenders are to first close down quickly. Explain the quick close down will help delay player b from going forward. Also he angle of approach should take the net away or a pass to a open player they just left covering.
Then slow down if player a has a good first touch.
Then sit down and jockey. Patience until player has bad first touch then win the ball.
Then we progress to 1 v 2. Two defender go. On pases and go pressures while the other supports on an angle. The first player to the ball must do the steps above and the other player supports 3 to 5yrds on an angle telling the first player which side she is helping on.
Then go to 2 v 2 having on player pressure with support. As soon as ball is passed to other player then the other defender pressures and the first pressure defender then supports.

6v6 small sided game.
First work on the 1v1 keys factors of close down, angle of approach, slow down if she has a good first touch, then sit down and jockey.
Have the other players support the player.
If player ball gets into centre mid can the defender or mids drop back to support the center to mid.

Jockey warm up
Player passes to player b and then closes down and slows down to jockey.
Have all player bs start dribbling to there left and so player a's are jokeying to the right.
Then you coaches say switch and both players go the other way, go for 4 to 5 yrds and then switch again. Work on good sit down facing forward looking at ball jokeying.
