Jumping/Handling Warm-up -1b
Group of 4-6
1. GKs will start with the ball on the ground
2. GKs will "dribble" the ball with their hands by moving it around
(As if they are "Dribbling" with their feet
3. Coach says, GO and GKs throw ball up towards the middle of the group
4. GKs yell, "Keeper" and jump to gain their ball

Jumping/Handling Warm-up # 2
Group of 4-6
1. 2 GKs will have a ball in hand
2. 1st GK will throw ball into the air for others to claim
3. Then 2nd GK will throw their ball into the middle for others to get.
4. GKs yells, "Keeper" and jump to fight for the ball.
5. Continue rotation until coach calls for TIME.

Group of 5-6 (if only 4, coach can serve a ball)
**1 GK works/4 serve**
. GK starts on red dot
1. Server across from GK throws a high ball towards mannequin
2. GK attacks the ball and saves it
3. GKs moves to next red dot
4. Server throws high ball at Mannequin
5. GK attacks ball to save at highest point they can gain.
6. Continue until you go around to all 4 spots and rotate.

1. GKs will start with the ball in hand
2. Coach will call out 1, 2, 3, or 4
3. GK will throw ball up to themselves and take the number of steps that the coach called out
~Progression ~
1. Same scenario as before but now
2. The coach will also call for right foot, left foot, or both feet + a number
3. The GK will need to take the appropriate steps and jump off the appropriate foot the coach asked for.
