Organization:
1. 15 x 15area set up as shown
2. 6 players (4 Attackers & 2 Defenders)
3. 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
1. Attackers set up around outside of the area - 1 Attacker per side
2. Two Defenders working inside the middle of area
3. Attackers aim to keep possession (2 touch) & can move up & down their line to support each other
4. Defenders must try to work as a team to pressure & offer Cover/Support - force a mistake
5. After set time rotate players
Coaching Points:
1. Angle of approach
2. Communication - coach eachother
3. Interchanging of positions - Pressure (1st Defender) & Cover/Support 2nd Defender
4. Body Shape - try to dictate the play one way
Progressions:
P - If Attackers make 6 passes they score a point. Defenders score points if they force mistake
P - Add target ball in middle of area (see pic) Defender must block shots/passes but are not allowed inside the diamond...Attackers still score point for every 6 passes)
P - Defender that forces the mistake or wins ball swtiches out with Attacker

Organization:
1. 30 x 30 area split into two, setup as shown
2. 12 players (3 Attackers & 3 Defenders x 4)
3. 4 Mini Goals setup as shown
4. 1 Ball (additional on outside)
Instructions:
1. Teams play 3v3 across two fields
2. Attacking team start with ball & enter area - aim to score in Mini Goals at opposite end
3. Attacking players can move anywhere across both field
4. Defending teams are numbered 1-3. 1 & 3 have to stay on their field while central Defender can move between fields to assist wide Defenders.
5. If Defending team win the ball they aim to score at opposite end
6. Play until a goal is scored or ball goes out. After set time rotate Attackers & Defenders
Coaching Points:
1. Pressure - close down the space & deny penertration
2. Angle of approach & Body Shape - try to dictate the play one way
3. Communication - coach eachother
4. Responsitilies of positions - Pressure (1st Defender), Cover (2nd Defender) & Balance (3rd Defender)
5. Move as a Unit - travel as the ball travels
6. Focus & Patience - wait for the right time to win the ball
Progressions:
P - Defenders pass the ball out to Attackers to begin the play
P - Time limit for Defenders to win the ball
P - Time limit for Attackers to score. Defenders get point if they contain attack for 30secs

2. 9 players (4 Attackers, 4 Defenders & 1 Goalkeeper)
3. 4 Balls
Instructions:
1. Defenders start on the gial line, either side of the goal facing the Attackers
2. Attackers start with a ball each just inside the half.
3. Defenders & Attackers are numbered 1-4.
4. Defenders aim to stay in line with his/her Attacker as coach calls GO
5. Attackers can dribble across the field to confuse/lose Defender
6. Once Attackers reach final 1/3 line they aim to Attack 1v1 to score at goal
7. If Defenders win the ball they aim to dribble ball back over final 1/3 line
8. Play until goal has been scored or ball is out of play
9. After set time rotate players

Organization:
1. 25 x 25 area set up as shown
2. 12 players (8 attackers & 4 defenders)
3. 8 balls
Instructions:
1. Select 4 players who get into pairs & connect by holding the same pinnie, they start game as Defenders.
2. Defenders are not allowed to break away from eachother/let go of pinnie.
3. Attackers aim to dribble ball & avoid being tagged by the Defenders - not allowed outside of area.
4. If Defenders tag an Attacking player they are frozen
5. Attacker turns into a Defender when the next Attacker is tagged (2 players).They link together & Defend
6. Play until the last Attacker is left

3. Interchanging of positions - Pressure (1st Defender) & Cover/Support 2nd Defender

P - Increase/Decrease the size of area
P - Give Defenders time limit to tag all Attackers (high pressure)
