Gk and partner work together
GK starts with R knee down, squared to partner. Load R leg and push off for collapse dive from partner
(knee that is down is the leg that is loaded, and diving in that direction) 4 each side
if more advanced, add volley in the beginning when knee is still down and then load and go

emphasize that the drill is high impact, low reps
GK1 starts on post and opens for volley, give it back, shuffle/prep step across goal for load and dive for volley from C
3/4 each side

P1 plays and pressures GK1, Gk1 is trying to take a 3/9 o'clock touch and find the pug goal. C takes touch either side of dummy and trying to hit for GK to make a big extension save.
P1 gets 2 points if they steal the ball
GK1 gets 1 point if they make it in the pug
GK1 gets 2 points for save
if GK1 holds shot from C they can bowl into pug for +1 points

Gk front sets, volley (or front smother) from C, roll & back set and take 3/9 o/clock touch through gate (R to R, L to L) and play P1, P1 takes touch and hits shot in bubble
If have a lot of players, add tight dive from P2 in b/t pass and shot from P1

3/9:00 is useful to give yourself time and space away from pressure
