Passing 1: Running forhand push pass

Run with the ball good in front of you and keep the ball on your stick. Push the ball while your running.

The player runs with the ball and fakes to pass to gate 1 but passes to gate 2. The other player is making a fake run with an in - out.

Passing 3: Left foot pass

1. Run toward the opponent. Fake towards the forehand pass but pass over the left foot. Player 2 makes a in - out. Scoring in the goal.

2. Pass toward player 2. He turns and passing quickly over the left foot to player 3.
