Organization:
Players start on the outside and feed the ball to the players in the center.
RED = FEEDER
BLUE = PASSER/CONTROLLER
*DON'T NEED PINNIES, JUST USING COLORS AS REPRESENTATION FOR FEEDER or PASSER
Instructions:
1 - take a touch and ground pass - LEFT & RIGHT (firm)
2 - one touch ground pass - LEFT & RIGHT (firm)
3 - volley with instep - LEFT & RIGHT to feeder's chest
4 - volley with laces - LEFT & RIGHT to feeder's chest
5 - knee/shin to ground pass - LEFT & RIGHT
6 - chest control to ground pass (firm)
7 - chest control to knee to volley
8 - Recieve on the half turn, turn again to find same feeder
9 - header
Make sure players do not run in a circle; the point is to find space and demand the ball from the outside (feeder) players.
Coaching Points:
1 - Awareness at all times to avoid teammates and to find open feeder
2 - Communication is key; speak loudly while demanding the ball
3 - Control your passes and volleys; they should land right into the feeder's hands
