3 on 1 counter (20 mins)

3 v 1 attack 

3 attackers vs 1 defender

the attackers try to score in one of the two small goals opposite while the defender tries to stop them from scoring

the left sided attacker (3) starts with the ball and starts with a pass to one of their team mates. 

when the play is finished the left attacker becomes defender D and the original defender joins the other 2 attackers and starts at position 1 in the line,  1 moves to 2 and 2 moves to the left side position 3 with the ball to start

5 minutes x 3 

If the defender wins the ball or a goal is scored

half way counter (25 mins)

8 v 8 

KEEPER starts with the ball. the pass to defender A or B

defender A or B then passes to blue 1 2 or 3 

blue counter attack an try to score in the goal past the keeper, if red win the ball they can counter attack ans score in one of the top 2 goals

If a goal is scored or the play goes dead the players quickly reposition to original locations

make it a competition
