Strength Work: (7 min)
Organization: divided players into 2 equal teams. Orange and Yellow same as diagram.
Activity as follow:
-Everyone in the team in Prank positions and the last person must jump over each one to get to the front.

Warm up Phase 2 (20 min)
Organization: divide players into 2 teams.
With one big goal and two mini goals on half way line.
Starting position each team same as diagram 2 line of players and 2 target
Players each teams. Plenty football with attacking team (Orange as diagram)
Procedure: One of orange team starts by passes the ball to one of target player who positioned in 3rd third to score in the big goal. Once the ball travelling
2 defending which is Yellow can pressing the ball if they win the ball back they can either attack mini goal or use their target players to make 3v3 to attacking mini goal.
Game is over one the ball is out or one of the team scored.
Coaching points: good technique of passing and receiving. Trigger when and where to passing. Good timing of run. Quick combination between 3 man supporting run or penetrate run. Quick transition when we lose the ball. Positive and have good communication.

3v3 Attacking game (15 min)
Organization: Divide players into 4 team of 3. With different bibs. Coaches can be GK for them. Plenty football in each goals.
Procedure: play 3v3 in 60sec game first teams score stay on. First to 6 goal winning the game.

SSG 6v6 (20min)
Organization: Divided players into 2 teams of 6.
Procedure: Normal football 6v6 teams who scores must begin the game by playing out from GK.
Coaching Points: Principle of attacking dispersal Movement to get behind defender good communication to asking the ball short and quick decision making in final third good quality to finishing the goal.

Shooting (10 min)
Organization: 2 of equal team.
Procedure: alternate each side by players dribble toward and execute skill to take on and finishing.
Coaching Points: aiming the target. Strong kicking foot and follow through.

Warm up Phase 1: (12 min)
Organization: 3 set up of 7x7yds grids apart 7-8yds same as diagram. Divide players 3v1 4v1 and 3v0 in each grids.
Procedure: play rondo 3v1 and 4v1 to keep the ball away from defender while 3v0 grid must pass the ball among themselves and move. Whoever male mistake by passes or receiving become defender to the box 3v0.
Keep high tempo and correct good technique of passing and supporting.
