Work as hard and as fast as you can for 60 Seconds then rest for 60 seconds.
Repeat each Series-Set 3 times and keep track of your best round.
SERIES 1
20 touches each exercise then move on to the next.
1) Outside-Outside + Inside-Inside (Right Foot)
2) Outside-Outside + Inside-Inside (Left Foot)
3) Outside-Inside (same foot) Touches (Alternating feet)
4) Outside-Inside-Outside (same foot) - (Alternating feet)
5) Roll-Stop-Roll Touches (Alternating feet)
6) Tap-Tap-Cruyff Touches (Alternating feet)
If you make it through the 6 exercises before 60 seconds start again and see how far you get into the 2nd round.
SERIES 2
20 touches each exercise then move on to the next.
1) Pull-Laces+Pull-outside+Pull-Inside (Alternating feet)
2) Outside-Outside-Scissors (Alternating feet)
3) V-Pull Continuous (Alternating feet)
4) Pull Behind + V-Pull Open (Right Foot)
5) Pull Behind + V-Pull Open (Left Foot)
If you make it through the 6 exercises before 60 seconds start again and see how far you get into the 2nd round.
SERIES 3
20 touches each exercise then move on to the next.
1) Roll-V-Pull (same foot) + Inside-Inside-Inside (Alternating)
2) Drag-Stepover (Okocha) +Pull-Behind/V-Pull-outside of the foot (either / or) (Right Foot)
3) Drag-Stepover (Okocha) +Pull-Behind/V-Pull-outside of the foot (either / or) (Left Foot)
4) Roll-Scissors (same foot) + Inside-Outside (opposite) (Alternating feet)
5) Pop the ball up (or pick the ball up) and juggle “Feet Only” (Alternating)
