Description
-Players work in three teams, with two neutral players in theoutside spaces.
-Teams at both ends aim to transfer the ball back and forth,maintaining good possession of the ball. Wide players can be used to switch theplay if needed.
-Central team can send one player in to press/make play predictable.They can also press the wide players. If they win the ball, they rotate withthe team that lose it.
Progressions:
- Allow a player from the opposite end to drop into the central areato receive the ball, with emphasis on receiving on the half turn to playforwards.
