PHASE 1 ORGANIZATION

DESCRIPTION PHASE 1 - 5 MIN
Players will initiate a light jogging x 2 from area 1 to area 2 and will make a loop at the blue cones.
The second time around will perform shoulder rotation forward to area 2 and shoulder swimming rotation on their way back
Trunk rotation from 1 till area 2, and butterfly on their way back
butts kick on the way up and jogging back
Open the gates to area 1, close the gates to area 2
Knee to chest to area 1, back pedal on the way back
Light streching up and light strech back
PHASE 2 GAME WARM UP SPEED AND AGILITY - 3 MINUTES
Accelerate to 1 red cone, and slalom in between, accelerates to blue cone, jogging on the way back
Accelerates to to 1st red cone, and speed forward and back among those cones, activate on the way to the blue cone, karaoke back
Jogging switching lines across from each other, and back
Streching 3 minutes
