Organization:
4 players per channel. 2/3 channels (numbers dependent). Players set up as per diagram.
Instructions:
Player A starts practice by shifting the ball left or right which triggers movement off the ball for B and C. A plays to B who then plays to C (when B plays C, A presses C). C then dribbles to end zone with A tracking movement.
Rotation: A-B-C-A
Coaching Points:
A - Recognize moment to press (B body shape/visual cue)
A - Close space quickly
A - Foot/Hip shape
Progression:
C can take a long touch to break past A and race to end zone.

Organization:
Same as technical unopposed.
Instructions:
A plays B who then plays C. B and C then work together and play to end zone (goal = 1 point).
If A wins possession, play forwards to counter goal (2 points).
Note: Offside rules apply (half way line)
Rotation: A-B-C-A.
Coaching Points:
Apply pressure quickly.
Limit options (can you deny pass into B?)
Select appropriate tackling technique (poke/block)

Regular game rules apply. Pass in to replace throw.
1 goal wins game. Winner stays on.

SAQ/Race Game (15 mins)
Organization:
1 long channel set up with both teams starting at the end opposite to blue gates.
Instructions:
Players begin with dynamic exercises to prepare for activity. Session then progresses to 1v1 race game with attacker using channel as slalom, moving defender left-right. When attacker breaks beyond the blue line, he/she can race to either blue gate while defender tries to tag them.
Coaching Points:
Prepare body for activity - Increase H.R. and R.O.M
Relate changing of hips/feet to the game.
Light on feet - React quickly.
