Organization/Setup:

  • 1v1 transition with small goals

Instructions/Achievement Criteria:

  • Two team who play against 1v1 with small goals.

    Blue player starts with the ball and have to dribble the redplayer to shot the goal. After blue shoot the goal one of the red player nowdrives to score in the blue goal the blue player becomes a defender and try tostop the red.

  • 6v4 Press and counter press

Instructions/Achievement Criteria:

  • The team with numerical advantage have to play 12 passes (1point). The defending team can score after winning the ball and dribble out of the pitch. This is the moment where the two possession players can counter press to win the ball and maintain possession. The pressing player have to score from outside the box with a 2v1 situation.

  • Movement toward the ball after loss, ready to react quickly

Organization/Setup:

  • 7v7 Defense vs Attack
  • Instructions/Achievement Criteria:
  • The possession team is in numerical superiority 4+GK vs 2 ST& 1 CAM. They have to build up and drive thru the line with one of the fullbacks in order to connect with their offensive player and score.
  • If the offensive team pass the line they have to score with a pass connection to the CAM.
  • The 3 pressing player have to press hard in order not to let them pass the line and score within 5”.

Coaching Points/Questions:

Striker pressures immediately and intensely.

Angles body to force opposition team back toward their own goal.

After winning the ball back, look to score right away.
