Practice
Description
- 4v4 or 5v5
- 3 Target players on each end and in middle
- Can the team in possession play from 1 target player into the middle man
- Middle player to connect who can bounce back to then play forward
- Play then transfers into the next half
- Goals are scored if a team can succsesfully transfer through
Progression
- Add antother middle target player to try to intercept
- Middle player can turn and play forward
- Teams can miss out the middle player and move the ball straight to end player

Descrption
- Pitch split into 3rds
- Teams locked in and only the ball can travel through players must stay
- What patterns can teams make to play forward through thirds
- 3 goals if team scores by playing through each third
- 2 from middle to end
- 1 from a regain in final third
Progression
- Begin to loosen constraints
- Player who passed can join in to overload next third
- A runner can be released into the next third (not on the ball)
- Normal game
