1) Groups of three with a ball. Players line up with a player on each side of the grid and one player in the middle. The shooting player passes the ball to the middle player, then the middle player passes the ball back to the shooting player. Shooting player takes a total of 3 (sequence of the 3 touches - receive, prepare and strike) touches to get the ball across to the third player. After shooting player passes the ball to the third player, he/she becomes the middle player.
2) Triangle Goal - Attacking team must try and shoot the ball through two sides of the triangle to score. The attacking team trys to possess the ball to create scoring opportunities. You may use a GK and a neutral player. If it becomes too hard with a GK, just add another neutral.
3) 4v4 with Bumpers ( King of the Hill) - Score to stay on. Bumpers waitand act like a wall to keep the ball in play. The bumpers pass to the team that passed to them. If the attacking team scores, the defending team switch places with bumpers. This all happens on the fly. If you do not have enough players to have two Gk's, then play without GKs. The middle white line is to use for a referance point for the players to get used to thinking of shooting when getting into the attacking half of the field.
