15 x 20 yard area
One coach at the start of the line and one coach at the end of the line. Coach dribbles around the area and players follow the leader.
Variations
1)Coach can do skills (toe taps, windshield wipers etc...)
2)Players take a turn leading
3)Players and divided into pairs and they take turns being the leader

20 x 30 yard area.
Players stand in between goal with a number 1-2-3-4. When coach calls out a number both those players come out and attempt to score on opposite goal, players must score by shooting ball below the knees. Remaining players stand on goal line and attempt to block the ball but may not move forward only side to side.
Variations:
1)Coach calls out 2 numbers
2)Coach calls out 3 numbers
3)Players perform action before coming out (eg 5 hops,5 jumps etc...)

3 v 3 open game. Whenever a ball goes out of play coach calls out NEW BALL and players keep playing. High tempo game with lots of touches.
